Job summary

Gonnella Baking Co. is seeking a highly skilled maintenance technician for the 7pm–7am night shift to maintain and improve all plant systems.

The role requires expert troubleshooting, programming, and reliability leadership with minimal supervision. You will lead complex repairs, mentor staff, perform RCA, develop PM procedures, and drive downtime reductions on conveyors, motors, drives, and electrical controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Proven PLC and controls troubleshooting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead major breakdown investigations.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Develop PM procedures.
• Train and mentor lower-tier technicians.
• Lead shutdowns and capital projects.
• Recommend equipment improvements.
• Reduce downtime through reliability initiatives.
