Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a maintenance technician to operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or system using autonomous and progressive maintenance standards. You will work to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets while supporting bakery automation systems.

You will use AM and PM standards to ensure safety processes, read schematics, and report equipment losses. Night shifts and overtime may be required depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of preventative/predictive maintenance procedures preferred.
• Experience with high-speed packaging machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet deadlines and complete planned and unplanned maintenance tasks safely.
• Provide feedback on the bakery automation maintenance strategy.
• Serve as the key technical automation expert for the facility.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and modifications.
