Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an Industrial Electrician to maintain the bakery's electrical infrastructure, enabling continuous production and reduced downtime. You will perform autonomous and preventive maintenance and respond quickly to outages to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on PLC and VFD troubleshooting, adherence to safety standards, and clear communication with a diverse team at the Chicago-area facility.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strict adherence to safety and quality standards (LOTO, arc flash).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively at the plant site.
• Strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical work using Autonomous and Progressive maintenance standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair bakery equipment to maximize reliability.
• Ensure safety processes and quality assurance activities are followed.
• Identify, track and report technical and equipment losses.
