Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical maintenance/automation training preferred.
3+ years' experience maintaining industrial automation and material handling equipment, ASRS/AMR preferred.
Experience with AMRs or similar robotic systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
Familiarity with sensors, HMIs, drives, and safety circuits.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on AMRs, ASRS, conveyors, lifts, and related equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and communication issues.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and identify control faults.
Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
Respond to downtime events and recover systems safely.
Document maintenance activities and corrective actions.
Ensure safety procedures and LOTO compliance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
