Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Warehouse Automation Maintenance Technician to keep automated systems running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, AS/RS, AGVs, and other electrical/control systems.

Candidates should have vocational/technical cert or 2+ years maintenance experience with PLCs, high voltage equipment, WES/WMS interfaces, HMI, and field sensors; strong problem-solving, safety discipline, and

Qualifications

Vocational or Technical certification or 4 years of relevant experience required.
Two years or more maintenance repair on warehouse automation equipment.
Experience with PLCs for troubleshooting.
Experience with 480V equipment and AC/DC motors.
Experience with WES/WMS communication.
Experience with HMI screens and control systems.
Knowledge of 480V and pneumatic equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on warehouse automation systems.
Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, AS/RS, AGVs, and electrical/control systems.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Utilize CMMS for maintenance planning and reporting.
Maintain spare parts inventories and tool readiness.
Support safety and Lean programs and maintain a clean maintenance area.
Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
