Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechatronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering; related field accepted
• Proven hands-on technical leadership in automation, machinery, field service, or industrial operations
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• PLC and system integration experience; Siemens and EtherCAT experience preferred
• Field service, equipment installation, and commissioning experience
• Leadership experience, ideally 3+ years in field service, technical service, or technical operations
• Experience driving KPIs, continuous improvement, productivity, and 5S
• Strong customer-facing and cross-cultural communication skills
• Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft BC, CAD/SolidWorks experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead daily technical operations across Service, Applications, Customer Support, and technical testing
• Provide hands‑on support with troubleshooting, installations, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and customer escalations
• Improve service response times, team productivity, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Establish and track KPIs, priorities, processes, and technical standards
• Lead onboarding, technical training, and team development
• Oversee repair/RGA processes, workplace safety, and 5S
• Coordinate technical projects and operational improvements with international teams
• Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
