Job summary
Codale Electric Supply is seeking a PLC Automation Specialist to join the Industrial Controls and Automation team. The role blends technical automation knowledge with customer-facing sales, helping customers select, configure, and implement Rockwell Automation solutions.
You will collaborate with account managers, demonstrate PLC and control expertise, and support opportunities across the territory. Extensive travel to Codale locations and customer sites is expected.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, PLC programming, system integration, or a related field.
- Experience with PLC-based control systems, programming, configuration, commissioning, or troubleshooting using Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation or comparable platforms.
- Familiarity with HMI systems and industrial Ethernet/networking.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical resource for PLC, I/O, HMI, networking, safety, and related automation applications.
- Work with customers to understand applications, then help select, configure, and develop Rockwell Automation solutions.
