Job summary
Rockline Industries is seeking an experienced controls and automation technician to provide daily support to Operations and High-Performance Operations Teams. You will troubleshoot equipment, modify control logic, and program PLC platforms from Allen-Bradley, Bosch Rexroth, and Omron while ensuring safe, efficient manufacturing processes.
The role requires an associate degree in electronics technology or equivalent, at least three years of experience with automation and controls, and a strong
Qualifications
- Associate degree or two-year electronics training or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience with automation and controls equipment.
- Experience with PLC platforms and control logic.
- Understanding of HMI and vision-system programming.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily process and technical support to Operations teams.
- Troubleshoot equipment, process, electrical, and control issues.
- Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC platforms from multiple manufacturers.
- Modify control logic and write programming as needed.
- Tune and install manufacturing equipment.
- Provide ongoing technical support for projects and improvements.
- Maintain scheduling flexibility for downtime and backup coverage.
- Demonstrate Rockline Values in daily work.
