Job summary
Crawford Electric Supply in North/Central Arkansas seeks an Automation Sales & Services Specialist to drive growth in automation and software-related solutions, including programmable controllers, I/O, safety, and plant maintenance software. You will lead sales initiatives, develop competency plans, and partner with inside/outside teams to maximize share.

Qualifications
- Experience in selling automation solutions to contractors or manufacturers.
- Ability to articulate ROI and value propositions for complex automation projects.
- Knowledge of programmable controllers, I/O, safety, and plant maintenance software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Articulate the value of Rockwell's Automation portfolio to customers at all levels.
- Lead portfolio offerings and drive sales growth in the assigned geography.
- Contribute to annual planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives for automation sales.
- Coordinate with Crawford Electric Support and Rockwell Automation sales teams to close opportunities.
- Provide pre-sale and post-sale support and customer training where needed.
