You will coordinate with architects, Siemens Real Estate, procurement, SAP systems, and master data, while managing staffing planning, equipment procurement, and project ramp‑up activities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience including direct industry experience.
• Experience applying project management concepts.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Excellent organizational skills to store critical company and contractor files.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-visibility project in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
• Coordinate construction with architects and Siemens Real Estate.
• Manage procurement, SAP systems, and master data.
• Oversee hourly and salary planning, hiring, and training.
• Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and tasks.
• Provide progress reports and budget reconciliation to stakeholders.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and support fabrication/commissioning.
• Escalate complex issues and drive improvement to timelines and budgets.
