Job summary

You will work with operations, design teams, IT and customers to evaluate new concepts and prove their value. The role includes design validation, procurement support, project management for smaller projects, data analytics, SAT testing, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse automation, material handling tech, or related field.
• Experience with warehous eautomation tech like sortation, AS/RS, autonomous vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation selection and ROI justification for new business or bids.
• Support contract validation and SOW gap analysis.
• Contribute to design validation, cost/efficiency, and SLA considerations.
• Assist in procurement, vendor reviews, and RFQ processes.
• Manage small projects and track milestones and punch lists.
• Coordinate SAT testing and post-go-live support and escalation.
• Analyze data to optimize system performance and outcomes.
• Support strategy setting and budget tracking.
