Travel to customer sites and field environments is required. The role emphasizes collaboration with Account Managers, engineering, and vendor partners to achieve successful implementations and compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or applied technology is required.
• Certifications in PLC programming or advanced controls are preferred.
• Experience with PLCs, motion control and robotic systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with customer needs analysis and solution recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Troubleshoot standard automation issues and support post-sales efforts.
• Develop POC projects and contribute to proposals for customers.
