Job summary

E80 Group is seeking a Service & Project Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction by managing planned and unplanned interventions, coordinating technical teams, and overseeing after-sales projects. You will drive project management, service scheduling, scope definition, and customer communication to ensure smooth execution of interventions, upgrades, and system performance.

This is a Southeast-based, fully remote role with up to 30% travel, offering $85K–$105K DOE and a path for growth within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronic, Management, Electronic or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in automation or material handling in industrial environments.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• Strong organizational, leadership and time-management skills.
• Ability to motivate and coordinate technical resources and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage service tickets and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate service interventions and project planning across regions.
• Contribute to estimation, feasibility studies and service improvements.
• Prepare quotes and coordinate with spare parts and accounting.
• Ensure timely invoicing and project reporting.
