Job summary

In-Finite Search Solutions is seeking an Automation Sales Manager to lead a four-person outside sales team across PA, MD, and VA. The role focuses on building key accounts, expanding markets, and driving profitable growth in industrial automation and motion controls.

You will develop regional sales strategies, coach the team, and collaborate with leadership to shape regional sales initiatives. A strong track record in manufacturing sales and excellent leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing or overseeing a sales team, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with industrial automation systems, motion controls, or related technologies.
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and growing sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, networking, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach, and support a team of outside sales representatives across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects.
• Identify new markets, products, services, and business opportunities.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies and growth plans.
• Establish account objectives, forecasts, and sales initiatives.
