• 7+ years of progressive maintenance or reliability experience in distribution, warehouse automation, or manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance supervisors or technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, conveyors, RFID systems, and automated sortation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance Supervisors and technicians across a Monday-Friday split-shift operation.
• Oversee PLC-controlled systems, conveyors, shipping sorters, robotics, RFID systems, and automated sortation equipment.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules using CMMS.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
• Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs like MTTR, MTBF, and OEE.
• Coordinate contractors and manage budgeting and spare parts.
