Job summary
VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager Maintenance in McDonough, GA to lead a multi-shift maintenance team responsible for PLC-controlled conveyors, sorters, robotics, and RFID systems.
You will oversee preventive and condition-based maintenance programs and drive uptime across production automation and facilities. You will manage budgets, vendors, and projects while coaching supervisors to improve MTTR, MTBF, and OEE metrics, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinating with
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of maintenance/reliability experience in distribution, warehouse-automation, or manufacturing.
- 3+ years of leadership directly managing supervisors/maintenance teams.
- Strong working knowledge of PLCs, robotics, conveyors, RFID readers, and automated sortation.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance supervisors and technicians across a split-shift operation.
- Set priorities, assignments, and performance expectations; build technical bench strength.
- Foster a safety-first culture; ensure compliance with EHS, OSHA, LOTO, and site standards.
- Own reliability of PLC-controlled systems, conveyors, sorters, robotics, and RFID systems.
