Job summary

I3 INFOTEK INC is seeking a senior maintenance leader in McDonough, GA to direct maintenance teams across a split-shift Mon–Fri. You will drive reliability across PLCs, conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, and RFID readers while ensuring building systems and facilities are maintained to high standards.

You will develop PM programs, implement CBM techniques, and lead process improvements to reduce downtime and improve OEE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/industrial tech.
• 7+ years of maintenance/reliability experience in high-throughput environments.
• 3+ years of leadership in supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, conveyors, sortation and RFID systems.
• Experience with HVAC, fire sprinklers, backflow prevention, roofing and kitchen equipment.
• Experience with PM programs and CBM.
• Proven KPI improvements (MTTR, MTBF, OEE).
• Project management experience and multi-initiative planning.
• Willingness to work split shift and respond to after-hours issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance supervisors and technicians across a split shift (Mon–Fri).
• Set priorities, assign work, and build a technical bench through hiring and training.
• Foster safety culture and ensure EHS/OSHA/LOTO compliance.
• Own reliability of PLC systems, conveyors, sorters, robotics, and RFID systems.
• Troubleshoot and rapidly recover critical automation assets to minimize downtime.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, fire sprinklers, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and dock equipment.
• Manage building envelopes and coordinate minor construction/renovation work on site.
• Manage budgets, spare-parts inventory, and vendor relationships to control costs.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, EHS, and Logistics to align maintenance with production demand.
• Drive PM schedules, CBM techniques, RCA and CI to eliminate recurring failures.
