Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale automation projects at client sites. The role requires extensive travel (60%), coordination across engineering, installation, and operations, and close collaboration with customers and leadership.

You will own delivery performance across scope, cost, and schedule, while proactively managing risks and aligning stakeholders to drive on-time, on-budget project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing large automation, material handling, or construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, scope, cost, and risk management skills.
• Background in robotic automation or material handling is a plus.
• Experience coordinating design/build, installation, and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery across scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through execution from site prep to system acceptance.
• Coordinate timelines with engineering, supply chain, quality, installation, and commissioning leaders.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities to keep projects on time and budget.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Foster transparency and strong partnerships among project participants.
