Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years leading large automation, material handling, or construction projects.
• Experience with scheduling, scope, cost and risk management on complex tech projects.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery: ensure scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams through execution from site prep to system acceptance.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality, installation to align timelines.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities to keep projects on budget.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, standards and communications.
• Facilitate meetings and provide updates to internal/external stakeholders.
• Foster transparency and strong partnerships among project participants.
