Job summary

Convergix Automation Solutions in the United States is seeking a Project Manager who will act as the “CEO” of assigned projects, leading a team of subject matter experts to deliver cost, schedule and scope results with excellence.

The role requires mastering the Project Execution Map (PEM), ensuring deliverables, and mentoring the team while coordinating with Engineering and Supply Chain to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• At least 6 years in engineering or related industry.
• Minimum 2 years in project management or related field.
• Experience traveling to US/Canada client sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Master PEM and ensure timely PEM deliverables.
• Forecast budget overruns and schedule slips to protect profitability.
• Lead and deliver projects to customer satisfaction, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure timely design release.
• Manage scope changes through approved change orders.
• Drive regular project updates and customer review meetings.
