Job summary

Fameccanica North America in West Chester, OH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to bring structure to complex automation programs. You will manage projects from kickoff through final customer acceptance, coordinating schedules and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery while meeting contractual and customer expectations.

You will lead detailed MS Project schedules, track milestones, risks and deliverables, and communicate status clearly. Travel up to ~15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong scheduling, forecasting, risk and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from kickoff to final customer acceptance.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Coordinate work across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, finance and customers.
• Track milestones, action items, risks, decisions and deliverables.
• Communicate status and actions clearly and consistently.
• Identify issues early and develop practical solutions.
• Apply structured risk-management and problem-solving approaches.
• Manage changes with schedule, cost, scope, and customer impact.
• Support contractual obligations and project financial performance.
• Ask thoughtful questions and maintain overall project focus.
• Promote accountability and collaboration across teams.
