Job summary

Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned project leader to drive large or multiple projects from kickoff to completion. You will own margins, schedules, and resource planning while coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure scope adherence and quality.

You will forecast resources, manage risk, and guide technical teams, negotiating terms with clients and enforcing engineering standards. This role requires strong communication and leadership across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of project leadership experience in project management or as a technical lead.
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and end clients.
• Capable of negotiating Terms & Conditions with customers.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams when required.
• Enforce engineering standards and contribute to QMS.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margin and taking steps to improve financial health.
• Establish project schedules and monitor for on-time completion.
• Forecast resources accurately for projects.
• Review and monitor potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Present Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to divisional leadership.
• Handle project financials including cost projections and monthly invoicing.
• Draft and quantify change orders.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for customers.
• Manage large or multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify causes of deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to development of project management tools.
• Participate in QMS activities.
• Demonstrate strong communication, planning, organization, leadership, and motivation.
