Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
- Typically 3+ years of automation/process improvement experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
- Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and governance practices.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Lead or support process improvement initiatives.
- Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions.
- Create user guides and training materials.
- Develop executive dashboards and KPIs.
