Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Consultant, Business Process Management within the Wealth Management Automation Strategy & Execution team in Chicago. You will partner with business, operations, technology and risk teams to deliver technology-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in automation development, process improvement, or analytics.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience designing BI/reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational challenges and opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Develop, test, implement, and support automation solutions across Power Platform ecosystem.
• Coordinate testing, governance, and stakeholder communication for automation projects.
