Northern Trust seeks Head of Wealth Management Automation Strategy & Execution to lead a business-aligned team and translate priorities into scalable automation, agents, and disciplined execution. You will own the operating model, portfolio processes, and delivery discipline, partnering with enterprise AI, technology, data, risk and governance, while ensuring responsible lifecycle management of solutions.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Deep Wealth Management or financial-services domain knowledge.
- Influence senior leaders and drive outcomes in matrixed orgs.
- Experience with AI, agents, low-code automation, and workflow tools.
- Strong problem solving, governance, and risk awareness.
Responsibilities
- Lead Productivity, automation, and agent strategy across Wealth Management.
- Own the ACE Team and coordinate with enterprise enablement groups.
- Redesign workflows, assess operational challenges, and measure outcomes.
- Ensure standardization, reuse, and adoption of approved capabilities.
- Provide governance, reporting, and executive updates on the portfolio.
