Job summary

TalentBridge seeks a Power Platform Business Transformation Consultant to drive automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation across business units. You will partner with business, technology, operations, risk, and control teams to deliver scalable solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Copilot.

The role requires strong business process expertise, hands-on Microsoft technology experience, and the ability to communicate with both

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement
• 3+ years developing automation and tech-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement and business transformation
• Design and implement solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Copilot
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and simplification
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable technology-enabled solutions
• Design and optimize workflows to improve productivity and efficiency
• Identify opportunities for AI-enabled process enhancements
• Support adoption with change management and best practices
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting for insights
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance in solutions
• Manage multiple initiatives, priorities, risks, and stakeholders
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Serve as a SME for automation and emerging technologies
