Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Business Process Analyst to examine testing processes and workflows for potential improvements or automation. The role includes facilitating process workshops and documenting information using process maps and business requirements documents.

It also serves as an intermediary between decision makers and management teams to track testing performance, map processes, and identify internal inefficiencies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (eligible for CI Poly).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience.
• Ability to develop and use complex concepts and processes.
• Experience with testing processes and process management during tech rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Report to a manager or head of a unit weekly.
• Manage processes and workflows for the team or area.
• Work to improve efficiency with team processes.
• Provide reports and presentations as requested by government lead.
• Contribute to team discussions and recommend improvements.
• Guide and support junior personnel.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop technical solutions.
