Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking an experienced automation professional to design, develop and deploy enterprise automation solutions. You will build scalable Power Platform and Workato integrations, create reusable components, and support onboarding, lifecycle management, and governance across platforms.

This role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, training, and documentation to drive adoption while delivering measurable efficiency gains and reduced manual effort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience building Power Automate workflows and Power Apps applications.
• Experience with Workato or enterprise integration platforms (iPaaS).
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting application and workflow issues.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions.
• Build scalable, supportable solutions utilizing Power Platform, Workato, Freshservice, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Design automation frameworks for onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle management, service delivery, and governance.
• Create reusable automation components, workflows, templates, and integration patterns across business processes.
• Develop automated approval, routing, notification, and intake processes.
• Produce technical solution designs, workflow diagrams, and implementation documentation.
• Measure automation effectiveness through time savings and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption through training and documentation.
