Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/IS or related field, or 7–10 years relevant experience.
• 7–10 years experience with automation/integration platforms; Automation Anywhere and Power Automate preferred.
• Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and change control concepts.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; PowerPoint and Visio; strong Excel knowledge.
• Experience using AI-enabled automation capabilities to enhance business process automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern automation platforms and services across Post Holdings Corporate and divisions.
• Develop formal governance models, use cases, and data owner approvals for automation.
• Monitor services for capacity, downtime, and reliability; troubleshoot and optimize performance.
• Oversee cross-functional deployment by onshore and offshore teams to production.
• Advise on data integrations, transformations, and data flow to support ERP and enterprise systems.
