You will gather requirements, design solutions, support deployments, and collaborate with global teams to improve processes and data analytics.

This role requires 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, ServiceNow, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications and workflows
• Experience leading testing, implementation and user adoption

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop technology-enabled solutions.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirement specifications.
• Lead process redesign, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Develop implementation plans, testing strategies, deployment plans, and user training materials.
