Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Business Process Consultant to help analyze, design, and implement smarter workflows across the organization. You will partner with business teams to map end-to-end processes, translate needs into future-state solutions, and build workflow apps using Decisions, RPA, and other automation tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and tech teams, support UAT and training, and manage multiple projects with attention to quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years in business analysis, process improvement, or related consulting.
• Experience mapping current and future-state processes and supporting software-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to analyze, document, and improve processes end to end.
• Shadow users, map current-state workflows, and translate needs into future-state designs.
• Build and implement workflow applications using automation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and launch solutions.
• Support UAT, training, and implementation; manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
