Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Business Process Automation Engineer to enhance member and employee experiences by delivering technology-driven workflow and automation solutions across a Credit Union environment.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for digital signature, document management, and workflow systems, partnering with business teams to design and implement automation that improves efficiency and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Five+ years designing and delivering automation solutions
• Experience with workflow, document management, or automation tech such as OnBase/Nautilus and DocuSign
• Strong analytical and communication skills with business users and IT teams
• Experience documenting processes and identifying improvement opportunities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft tech, databases, networking, and enterprise apps

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for digital signature, document management, and workflow systems
• Partner with business teams to design, implement, and support automation solutions
• Research and recommend technologies to improve functionality and efficiency
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain automation technologies
• Coordinate change management with IT and business users
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
• Assist with disaster recovery planning for automated processes
• Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and organizational compliance
