Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to partner with stakeholders, map current and future workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise. You will analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and craft actionable recommendations with strong business cases.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in process or business analysis, a strong aptitude for data-driven decision making, and experience guiding changes from discovery through sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of process analysis or business analysis experience.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and documenting process state.
• Experience supporting process changes from discovery to sustainment.
• Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or project management training or certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, customer needs, risks, controls, and performance expectations.
• Plan and facilitate discovery sessions, interviews, workshops, and cross-functional meetings.
• Document current and future state workflows, value streams, decision points, handoffs, and dependencies.
• Analyze processes to identify root causes, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or simplification.
• Develop recommendations and business cases balancing value, risk, cost, and implementation effort.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, procedures, controls, and plans.
