Job summary

EchoStar Corporation seeks a manufacturing/process engineer to optimize production using Lean methods and standard work. You will analyze processes, reduce downtime, and partner with maintenance to improve flow across lines.

You will support PLC/HMI/SCADA systems, assist with control panel layouts and test fixtures, and apply predictive analytics to boost reliability and drive continuous improvement. This role blends hands-on engineering with documentation of SOPs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, process engineering, or automated production.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce downtime and cost.
• Support PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems; collaborate with maintenance.
• Develop SOPs and SOEs, and assist with preventive maintenance.
