As a Process Engineer on the ISC Engineering mirror team at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide manufacturing process support and perform data analysis to improve yield and product performance.

You will utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and CAMP methodologies to enhance manufacturing and assembly processes, support new product development, and maintain efficient product flow through test equipment and preventative maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Systems, or Software.
• 2+ years of experience in an Engineering discipline.

Responsabilités

• Provide manufacturing process support for the mirror fabrication area.
• Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability and drive yield improvements.
• Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues; facilitate issue identification and analysis.
• Develop improvements in manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
• Assist in the development of new products.
• Support knowledge transfer for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity.
• Facilitate a self-driven workforce culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.
• Test products and software.
