You will collaborate with design, tooling, and maintenance teams; develop and train staff on new equipment and methods; and drive ROI-driven improvement projects using LabVIEW, SPC, and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; 2–4 years related experience.
• Experience with MS Office; reading part/assembly drawings/prints.
• LabVIEW experience is a plus; CNC, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SPC and GD&T preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote Lean Manufacturing philosophies and embed them in production improvements.
• Reduce costs by refining existing manufacturing methods, processes and materials.
• Design and implement manufacturing processes for new/changed products ensuring design intent and cost targets.
• Lead and participate in new product/process development projects and ROI analysis.
• Develop and maintain production routings, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Create, update, and maintain ERP data such as rates, routings, and BOMs.
• Support tooling and maintenance with preventive maintenance plans and tool qualification.
• Define and implement capital equipment with ROI justification.
• Assist on internal audits, APQP meetings, PFMEA and Process Flow charts.
