EchoStar is seeking an Enterprise Process Design and Improvement engineer to design, test, and refine workflows across business units, leveraging AI, automation and data to drive measurable improvements. • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in process engineering or continuous improvement.
• Experience with BPMN, Google Suite, and AI tools.

• Leverage AI, automation, and data to drive improvements.
• Present findings with actionable recommendations for training.
