EchoStar is seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Engineering leader to oversee multi-site operations, drive lean initiatives, and implement predictive maintenance across five locations in a big-scale industrial setting.

You will guide asset integrity, CMMS practices, and capacity expansion while communicating progress to executive stakeholders. A Master’s or higher in engineering, with 10+ years of experience, is required.

• Minimum 10+ years leading engineering or manufacturing operations in large-scale industrial environments.
• Advanced expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies with process engineering focus.
• Strong executive communication, financial and operational reporting, and problem-solving under pressure.

• Set the technical vision and roadmap for manufacturing engineering across five locations.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure facility infrastructure scales for long-term expansion.
