Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings USA is seeking an Automation and Power Systems Service Technician to protect uptime in a fast‑paced manufacturing plant. You’ll troubleshoot PLC logic, validate three‑phase power, and bring complex machinery back online.

This role requires formal electronics training and 5+ years of craft experience; an associate degree or Journeyman’s card is preferred. You’ll document all work in FIXX CMMS, follow LOTO and PPE rules, and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electronics or electrical craft in industrial settings.
• Experience with 3-phase power, 480V systems, and motor drives.
• Proficient with PLCs and electrical schematics.
• Ability to read FIXX/CMMS and document work

Responsibilities

• Program, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs; support installations.
• Diagnose electrical/electronic circuits to component level.
• Read schematics and perform 480V three-phase work.
• Document work in FIXX CMMS and communicate ETAs.
• Follow safety policies including LOTO and PPE.
