Job summary

Highline Warren, LLC is seeking an Industrial Automation Technician to design, program, install, maintain and troubleshoot plant manufacturing equipment. You will work with engineering and project teams to implement controls, electrical systems and instrumentation to meet customer specifications and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with PLCs, machine control PCs, and electrical wiring up to 480V, plus strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or automation certification required, or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with PLCs and control systems is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, troubleshoot, and repair plant automation systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to design electrical, instrumentation, and controls.
• Prepare documentation and progress reports for projects.
• Support FAT, commissioning, and start-up activities.
