Job summary

Westlake is seeking an Industrial Electrician to diagnose and repair electrical systems on a fast-paced manufacturing line. The ideal candidate will have PLC programming experience and the ability to troubleshoot circuits to the component level.

You will read drawings, interpret schematics, and use test equipment on 480V systems while maintaining safety and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• Formal technical training in electronics with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Associates degree in electronics or Journeyman's card preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot/repair PLC circuits.
• Read electrical diagrams, schematics and related drawings.
• Work with test equipment on 480V and below.
• Provide self-guided work and prioritize tasks.
• Document maintenance in CMMS (FIXX).
