Applied Controls, a SunSource company, seeks an Automation Outside Sales Account Manager to grow the Pittsburgh, PA territory. You will partner with OEMs, manufacturers, and industrial customers to deliver automation solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, reliability, and safety.

This consultative sales role emphasizes building relationships, developing new business, and solving manufacturing challenges with technical specialists and automation manufacturers.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial automation or related fields preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation products and manufacturing applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Grow sales and profitability by expanding existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor by recommending automation products and services.
• Achieve sales and gross profit objectives through consultative selling.
• Conduct account reviews to identify expansion opportunities.
