Reynolds American Inc. is seeking an Automation and Operational Excellence Lead Manager (Commercial Finance) in Winston‑Salem, NC. The role focuses on designing scalable automation solutions, driving process improvements, and partnering with analytics labs to deliver value across Finance.

You will lead governance, ROI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires strong analytical skills, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and experience with automation technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, or Commercial Planning & Insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience participating in process improvement, automation, reporting, or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Transformation Team to analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions.
• Assess, design, and implement automation solutions across Commercial Finance (RPA, IDP, workflow automation).
• Build automation capabilities and prototype new tools for deployment within DBS and control frameworks.
• Partner with Data Innovation Lab and external vendors to co-develop automation solutions.
• Promote best practices in automation and continuous improvement across Finance teams.
• Define and monitor success metrics and ROI; report benefits realization and impact.
