Job summary

Reynolds American is seeking a Sr Manager Logistics Inventory to lead a centralized team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will drive inventory governance, accuracy, and SOX controls across warehouse operations, partnering with 3PLs and internal teams to optimize stock and visibility.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP/WMS/SAP experience, and a track record of vendor relationship management in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work may be considered for broader teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years related experience or Associate's with 9+ years.
• Progressive leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or operations.
• Experience leading inventory governance, optimization, and control programs.
• Experience utilizing ERP, WMS, SAP, reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Proven success improving inventory accuracy, visibility, and control.
• Experience managing multiple vendor relationships and compliance in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventory strategies, policies, and governance to support service, working capital, and compliance.
• Lead inventory control and optimization to improve accuracy, health, utilization, and continuity.
• Oversee cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and corrective actions for compliance.
• Drive SOX compliance and consistent inventory controls across warehouse operations.
• Lead governance of WMS, dashboards, and analytics for visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Warehousing, Transportation, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, and Technology.
