Job summary

Reynolds American seeks a Senior Finance Manager, Spend Effectiveness, Planning & Deployment in Winston-Salem, NC. The role leads MSE oversight, models revenue drivers, and partners with marketing, finance, and external agencies to optimize investment and performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Commercial Finance or related planning, advanced Excel, and strong data modelling, with experience in Power BI or MicroStrategy, and MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and strong data modelling capabilities.
• Experience in data modelling, operational planning, MSE analysis, and insights generation.
• Proficiency with spend analytics tools; Power BI and MicroStrategy beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee End-to-End MSE oversight and input steering across stakeholders.
• Coordinate MSE priorities with external Agencies and internal Finance teams.
• Develop executive presentations and decision packs for senior stakeholders.
• Translate insights into structured, actionable content for leadership decisions.
• Ensure governance routines track insights, decisions and follow-ups.
