Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in Finance, FP&A, or Operations Finance with cost/working capital focus.
• Experience partnering with Operations and Commercial teams to drive performance.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
• Solid SOX controls understanding and governance experience.
• MBA, CPA, CMA or FMCG/manufacturing/SAP experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and others to provide financial leadership.
• Lead planning, forecasting and reviews with clear accountability for delivery.
• Provide analytics on cost of sales, spending, capex, inventory and working capital.
• Develop models and scenario analyses for cost optimization and investment decisions.
• Track cost reduction, productivity and margin initiatives with risk and mitigation actions.
• Translate data into executive narratives and presentations for leadership forums.
• Maintain SOX governance and strong financial controls across the area.
