Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a client facility. You will maintain and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems, ensuring safety and reliability.

The role involves electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and coordination with the Client and Operations teams. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office and hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE, belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Build positive working relationships with client and operations teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
