Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the service of one of the world’s largest online retailers. You will maintain building systems, repair material handling equipment and robotics, and implement preventative maintenance in a safety-focused environment.

Qualified candidates will have a GED or higher, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience or training.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Strong problem-solving and instruction-following abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate building systems within the client facility.
• Repair and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
