Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve functionality of material handling equipment and robotic systems throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
