Job summary

You will mentor technicians, drive RCA and process improvements, and coordinate maintenance with cross-functional teams to maximize uptime and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience in automated environments.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, robotics, PLCs, vision systems, motors, sensors, and industrial controls.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as eMaint or similar.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, robotic, vision, and automation systems (KUKA robots, vision systems, conveyors, PLCs).
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary escalation resource for advanced equipment issues.
• Mentor technicians and support onboarding and training.
